Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return clothing items.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Must be returned in original packaging (if possible)
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). Email us at support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and exchange request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
